Cycle Savvy provides general bicycle servicing and repairs, including inspections, tune-ups, brake adjustment, drivetrain service, and puncture or tyre repair. Any scope of work is subject to inspection, and no final repair price or completion date is confirmed until the bicycle and its components have been reviewed.
Charges are based on the condition of the bicycle, the scope of work, and any parts required. Where a deposit is requested for larger work, it may be required before work begins. Accepted payment methods are confirmed at the time of service, and any parts are ordered only after compatibility and price have been confirmed.
Estimates, turnaround times, and service summaries are provided in good faith but remain subject to inspection findings, parts availability, and workshop workload. Additional work will not be carried out without approval, except where reasonably necessary to complete the agreed service or address an issue identified during inspection.
